This support generally requires an extended adjustment period, between one (1) to two (2) weeks. Does a terrific job of relieving pressure off the heel or the forefoot. Consider for forefoot pain associated with thinning pads, heel spurs or heel pain associated with thinning padding.This arch support may not be suited for some diabetics.
