Our most firm support with an aggressive metatarsal pad. This product provides a high level of support and body alignment. Fits well into a limited selection of shoes including sneakers, boots and some deeper dress shoes with a high toe-box. This support generally requires an extended adjustment period, between one (1) to two (2) weeks. Does a terrific job of relieving pressure off the heel or the forefoot. Consider for forefoot pain associated with thinning pads, heel spurs or heel pain associated with thinning padding.This arch support may not be suited for some diabetics. Diabetics, especially those with peripheral neuropathy, poor circulation or a history of ulcers, must consult their Physician before use. For non-diabetics, this product should be worn with our sponge rubber cushions. Eligible diabetics should use our diabetic sponge rubber cushions when arch support wear is approved by a physician.
